Everything you need to know about building AI agents and joining AI Operators.

Getting Started

AI Operators is a free Skool community where founders learn to build AI agents that actually run their businesses. Not ChatGPT prompts. Real AI agents that handle CRM, lead outreach, morning briefings, code shipping, and more. Built by Johann Sathianathen, a 21-year-old founder who sold his first company at 20 and now runs half his SaaS business with an AI agent named Jars.
No. The whole point of AI Operators is that you don't need coding skills. We use tools like Claude Code and OpenClaw that let you build powerful AI agents through natural language. You tell the agent what to do in plain English. If you can write a text message, you can build an AI agent.
AI Operators is free to join on Skool. The AI tools themselves have costs (Claude Code runs about $100/month for most use cases), but the community, templates, and training are all free.
Most people in the community get their first agent running within 1-2 weeks. A basic morning briefing agent can be set up in a few hours. More complex setups like full CRM automation take 2-4 weeks. The 30-day guarantee means you'll have a working agent doing real business tasks within a month.

Tools & Technology

Primarily Claude Code and OpenClaw. Claude Code is Anthropic's coding agent that can build, debug, and ship code. OpenClaw is the open-source framework that lets you run persistent AI agents. Together they form the stack that runs Jars, Johann's AI agent that handles half his business operations.
ChatGPT is a chatbot. You type, it responds, conversation ends. An AI agent is persistent. It runs in the background, accesses your tools, takes actions, and completes multi-step workflows without you sitting there. ChatGPT can write an email draft. An AI agent scans your CRM, identifies hot leads, writes personalized outreach, and queues them for optimal send times. While you sleep.
Real examples from Johann's setup: morning briefings that scan your inbox, CRM, and calendar. Lead scoring and outreach automation. Overnight code builds that ship features while you sleep. SEO research and content generation. Customer follow-ups and pipeline management. These aren't hypothetical — this is what Jars does every day.

About

21-year-old founder. Sold his first company (Qura) at 20. Now runs DMpro, a Twitter DM automation SaaS. Has an AI agent named Jars that runs about 50% of his business operations using Claude Code and OpenClaw. Built AI Operators to teach other founders how to do the same thing.
Simple. In 30 days you'll have your own AI agent doing real work in your business. Not playing with prompts. Actually handling tasks. Morning briefings, outreach, CRM updates, whatever you need. If that doesn't happen, it costs you nothing.
No. AI agents work for any business that has repetitive tasks. Agency owners use them for client reporting and project management. Freelancers use them for lead gen and invoicing. Coaches use them for scheduling and follow-ups. E-commerce founders use them for inventory and customer service. If you have a business, you have tasks an AI agent can handle.
The community has dedicated sections for different topics: Getting Started (for beginners), Agent Builds (share your setups), Claude Code Tips, OpenClaw Configs, and General Discussion. There are also weekly wins threads where members share their progress, and Johann posts his own agent updates and new templates regularly.
